Jack came by and explained what would be required for the process and that they would do it in the most efficient and cost effective manner. They did that and more.
He was in constant contact regarding timing and coordinated with our contractor to get the suite up to code. He has such a great sense of humour and is such a pleasure to have around. They did exemplary work in each area of our house.
Jack and his technicians Devan and Randy were personable, knowledgeable, thorough, explained the issue and the resolution clearly, and resolved it quickly at minimal cost. Jack even provided other suggestions for cost-saving efficiency in our home for the future. Most importantly, he is a person our family and I completely trust to be in and around our home at any time.
I could not feel better about Jack’s capability, work ethic, and general knowledge of his craft. He is not only a hard-working electrician, but someone whose advice on how to proceed with a project should be highly respected. I would definitely recommend him to others!

I am a retired architect with over 50 years experience in the construction field, and recently needed a small but complicated electrical installation in my home. I found Jack’s firm on the internet as the electrician I normally use was apparently too busy to reply to my request. Jack came round promptly; proposed a much better solution to my problem than I had envisaged; provided a reasonable estimate and a week or so later came with his crew to do the work. They were very efficient; did the work in a very professional manner and to my entire satisfaction, and even cleaned up after themselves, (a most unusual detail with many tradesmen!). Finally when Jack submitted his invoice together with the signed electrical permit, I found it was $70 lower than his original estimate, (normally in the construction business, if a sub-trade is a dollar over his estimate, he’s considered a villain; and if he’s a dollar under, he’s a hero). I would definitely recommend JLO to any friends and colleagues.
